Adam Kemper has extensive experience working in many different industries including hospitality, healthcare, retail, construction, professional services, technology, blockchain, and highly regulated industries such as cannabis/hemp and telemarketing/call-centers. Adam provides individualized, concierge-level service to small and mid-size business owners who are looking to remain in compliance with all applicable workplace laws and avoid expensive, stressful, and disruptive workplace litigation, audits, or investigations by providing accessible and understandable guidance on a proactive or as-needed basis.
Before founding The Workplace Law Firm, Adam gained unique and valuable experience along the way, beginning his career as an Intern at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”), before shifting gears to exclusively representing claimants in employment law matters for two and a half years.
Thereafter, Adam gained tremendous experience by working at two large Florida-based law firms where he regularly counseled companies on a variety of labor and employment issues and litigated numerous cases from inception to trial.
