Gina R. Chevallier is the esteemed Founder and Principal Attorney of Chevallier Law, a specialized boutique firm situated in Coral Gables, Florida.  With a comprehensive focus on Estate Planning, Gina skillfully navigates matters such as drafting wills and complex trusts, estate administration, litigation, probate and guardianship, business succession planning, and providing guidance on fiduciary and real estate affairs.

Gina’s extensive experience enables her to assist individuals, families, and small business owners in wealth transfer, gift-giving strategies, tax planning, real estate transactions, and asset protection planning.  She is particularly skilled in organizing, structuring, and preserving ownership for future generations while addressing issues specific to family members with special needs.

A sought-after lecturer, Gina has shared her expertise on a variety of legal subjects including probate administration, probate avoidance, guardianship alternatives, estate planning for entrepreneurs and families, special needs planning, wealth transfer, gift-giving strategies, and asset protection planning.

Demonstrating a strong commitment to community service, Ms. Chevallier serves on the board of Lawyers to the Rescue, a non-profit pro-bono legal outreach at Camillus House for the homeless.  She is actively involved in pro-bono projects with Dade Legal Aid and Put Something Back.  Additionally, Gina functions as a supervising attorney and adjunct faculty member for the FIU College of Law Wills Clinic, and regularly presents to the FIU Embrace project families.

Gina holds a Bachelor’s degree from George Washington University, Elliot School of International Affairs, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami, and a J.D. degree from Florida International University, College of Law.  She is licensed to practice in Florida and before the U.S. Tax Court.
