Erick Trelles serves as Of-Counsel to The Legal Team, PLLC.  He is a business and real estate attorney whose practice mainly involves acting as outside general counsel for companies with a focus on business transactions (including acquisitions, real estate closings and title insurance, corporate governance, corporate formation, and all general contractual issues).

Erick has represented clients in several industries including real estate, food and beverage, logistics, entertainment, oil and natural gas, technology, travel, music, design, construction, telecommunication, and several others.  The Legal Team has secured a relationship where our clients can benefit from Erick’s experience and expertise with negotiating, drafting, and advising clients on all aspects of their business—such as corporate formation, purchase and sale agreements, real estate contracts, asset/stock purchase agreements, private financing, operating and shareholders agreements, pledge agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and all other general forms of contracts.

Born to Cuban immigrants, Erick was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and is a native Spanish speaker.  He graduated from Florida International University with Summa Cum Laude honors and went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University’s College of Law.
