In the trial courts, Ms. Morejon has litigated in Florida’s Complex Business Division and in federal court, including handling dispositive and post-trial briefing. Her experience spans business torts, fraudulent transfer claims, trade secrets disputes, adversary proceedings, and cross-border discovery under 28 U.S.C. § 1782 in matters involving hundreds of millions of dollars. She has also been involved in significant post-judgment enforcement proceedings, including efforts to enforce a $500 million judgment against a foreign sovereign across multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to joining as Of Counsel, Ms. Morejon practiced at several respected Florida law firms and served as a Litigation Attorney with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development through the Legal Honors Program, representing the federal government in both administrative and federal litigation.
